- 03/31/2012: 243.6 lbs (-11.4 lbs)
- 04/08/2012: 239.8 lbs (-15.2 lbs)
- 04/15/2012: 238 lbs (-17 lbs)
- 04/22/2012: 236.4 lbs (-18.6 lbs)
- 5/21/2012: 226.6 lbs (-30.4 lbs) (i was actually 257 when I started, so the above calcs are a little off)
- 6/16/2012: 223 lbs (-34 lbs)
- 2/21/2013: 243.7 lbs
