Weekly Weigh Ins

Keeping track of your goals and successes is important in starting anything new.  Here is where I will keep track of my progress towards my sub-goals and major goals throughout the process of losing weight and getting fit.

Sub-Goal #1: 220 lbs. by June 1, 2012
Sub-Goal #2: 200 lbs. by September, 2012
Ultimate Goal: 185 lbs.

  • 03/16/2012:  255 lbs.
  • 03/23/2012:  248.8 lbs.  (-6.2 lbs.)
  • 03/31/2012:  243.6 lbs (-11.4 lbs)
  • 04/08/2012:  239.8 lbs (-15.2 lbs)
  • 04/15/2012:  238 lbs (-17 lbs)
  • 04/22/2012: 236.4 lbs (-18.6 lbs)
  • 5/21/2012: 226.6 lbs (-30.4 lbs) (i was actually 257 when I started, so the above calcs are a little off)
  • 6/16/2012: 223 lbs (-34 lbs)
  • 2/21/2013: 243.7 lbs
