Daily Update 6/20/2012

I decided to sleep in an extra 2 hours rather than go walking this morning, so I had to put in some extra steps after work.  Videos will be back next week.  It’s really frustrating to be on this plateau for the past 2-3 weeks, but I have a feeling it will break soon.  It’s a lot easier to stay motivated when you see the scale moving.   Here’s hoping the rest of this week is a good one and I can get back on track!
