No video update tonight since I’m sick and have a fever – I’d be even less camera-worthy than I normally am! Instead, just a regular update.
After a few weeks of riding the plateau, the video blogs and getting to 10,000 steps seem to have helped! Today’s stats are:

So, finally seeing movement again on the scale, which is good. I was feeling a little down about not moving. I don’t think I am going to hit the sub-goal of 220 by June 1st, but I’m going to try my best. If I can even get to 225 that would be great.
I have a high school reunion in mid-July, so anything and everything I do will help me feel better about that.
I hope I feel better tomorrow so I can hit the 10,000 again. The gym will have to wait until next week.
