Days 14-15: Eating Out

I am combining the last 2 days since there really isn’t anything out of the ordinary.

Thursday was a scary day, as I went to Panchero’s for the second day in a row with co-workers.  Even though two of them had the delicious chips and queso, I again opted for a chicken burrito with water. Both nights were slim for dinner as we had performances at the theater, so I had a power bar on Thursday, and then some nibbles at a cast part on Friday night.

I took a chance and went to my favorite chinese place for lunch on Friday since the Subway’s credit card reader had malfunctioned and was not working.

The one pound that I “gained” was magically gone and I was back to 245.6, which is where I was the day before. It will be interesting to see if there is another loss after a gain, which seems to be the norm.

I hope to get out and get some bike riding in this weekend, and again the next week. Since there are not rehearsals every night, it should be possible and I am really looking forward to it.

Now to survive the weekend without over-indulging on pizza, soda, and things generally not good for you.
