Wow, this was a tough day.
Many late evenings at the theater are starting to take their toll, as I feel my mood slipping do to fatigue. I’m still hanging in there, but seeing a slight rise this morning on the scale did not make it an easier. Of course, there are going to be slight gains during this entire process, so it was expected, but definitely not welcome.
Meal wise, the morning and afternoon were fairly standard with my standard breakfast and a Lean Cuisine pizza for lunch. I even managed to get in a walk around the neighborhood before returning to my desk.
We open our show on Friday so time was limited to get anything to eat before going over to the theater. I resisted the temptation for Wendys and instead picked up a “slim 1″ at Jimmy Johns (ham & cheese only sub) and again – no potato chips. Rehearsal ran late into the evening, past midnight as we (or rather someone else and I watched) painted the floor of the stage. I returned home extremely tired and hungry. A Balance Bar satisfied the hunger and I hope to fall quickly asleep as we have to do it all again tomorrow. And Wednesday. And Thursday. And…
