Morning Weight: 222.8
Brrrr – it’s cold out there! Got to bed late so no gym for me in the morning. Had cheerios and coffee for breakfast. On the way to work I stopped at Hy-Vee grocery and bought some more pepperoni pizzas for lunch today and tomorrow, as well as a “energy mix” granola mixture for a snack.
While I managed to avoid the vending machine, which was good, I had two of the energy granola snacks, each being about 250 calories. One in the morning, one in the afternoon. I offset this by going for my 3 mile walk at noon even though it is getting a lot colder to do so.
Evening meal was buffalo chicken wings, since my previous day’s chicken wing attempt wasn’t satisfactory enough. All in all – a good day.
